They even did't tell me that I can not return the product I bought when I bought it and did not tell me about the return policy.
I was informed that I can change the design only if it is same price.
If I buy the cheaper one, I don't get the difference ?
They told me that when they sell something by cash or card, they can not cancel the payment by European law. What???????
Why not just tell me that you do not want to lose your money?
THE PROBLEM IS YOU DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY.
AND THE LADY WHO SEEMED LIKE A BOSS WAS REALLY RUDE.
IF YOU TOLD ME ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY IN ADVANCE, I WOULD'T BE MAD THIS MUCH.

In as little as 2 visits, I was able to go from searching and information gathering for a ring, to narrowing it down and them working with me to ease the process and make a final decision, I am extremely happy with the end result!
Best selection of rings I've seen in the city, friendly Jewelers that make the process uniquely personal from the start, a few casual drinks throughout, and a champagne toast at the end. Would highly recommend this place!
