Raktáron lévő termékeket vártam kiszállításra . 3 és fél hét után töröltettem a rendelésem. ügyfélszolgálatot elérni lehetetlen , visszahívás kérése felejtős. A cég is felejtős. Nem ajánlom senkinek! Innentől soha többé nem elérhetők. 4. Nem egyedi eset, Nézd meg a többi google értékelést! Részletek: Március 16-án megrendeltem a tételt, aznap jött egy levél, hogy nincs raktáron, áprilisban várható, fenntartom-e a megrendelést, illetve a levélre válaszolva tarthatjuk a kapcsolatot a későbbiekben. Jeleztem azonnal válaszban: fenntartom. 1 hónappal később, április 15-én érdeklődöm szintén válaszlevélben, hogy látható-e már, mikor érkezik a termék. Válasz semmi. Április 22-én megint írtam, ezúttal a központi címükre. A honlapon az információ eleve nem kecsegtetett: "az ügyfélszolgálat nagyon leterhelt". Erre sem jött válasz. Másfél hónap után május 1-jén, mindenféle válaszok nélkül már nem számítok semmire. Még jó, hogy nem fizettem ki előre. Most futhatnék a pénzem után. Sajnos csak most néztem meg a google-értékelésüket: Tele ugyanilyen ügyekkel... I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!! PLAN NOT WITH PAYMENT IN ADVANCE !!! 1. They don't really have the product. 2. Részletes tájékoztatást kaptunk a 14 napos garancia menetéről és a pénzt is azonnal visszakaptuk, ahogy megérkezett a gép. Csak ajánlani tudom őket! The ordered goods arrived soon. A megrendelésemet követően tájékoztattak, hogy a rendelt áru nem elérhető, egy héten belül várható és kérdezték hogy fenntartom-e a rendelésemet. Én válaszoltam, hogy fenntartom a rendelést, majd küldtek egy újabb tájékoztatást, hogy törölték a rendelést. Újra írtam nekik, hogy fenntartom a rendelést, majd elnézéséket kérve ígérték hogy amint megérkezik a rendelésem, küldik. Hetekkel később felhívtam őket a rendelésről érdeklődve, azt mondták, hogy ezt a rendelést már régen törölték.... I don't care, careless company.
