Kedvesen bánnak az állatokkal, nyomát se láttuk bármi "rendellenesnek"!! Nincsenek túlzsúfolva az állatok a ketrecekben,tiszta minden. Felszereltségből sincs hiány! Nekünk abszolút pozitív tapasztalatunk volt,ahányszor voltunk. They are very polite, up-to-date, helpful (even on the phone), they have knowledge behind them! Csatolok fotókat, mert 7 nap alatt sem almot nem cseréltek, sem a szalmát nem cserélték és nem is takarították alatta. Nem ajánlom a helyet. The hedgehog spent 6 nights in the pet hotel, we took it with our own cage. According to the site, they are "cleaned regularly". I attach photos because no litter was changed in 7 days, and no straw was changed or cleaned underneath. I do not recommend the place.
