A személyes átvétel még jól jött volna, de a gyors kiszállítás ezt pótolta.. I was very satisfied with both the ordering process and the very fast delivery (Sunday order, Tuesday delivery). Personal collection would still have been nice, but the fast delivery replaced it.

I was pleased to find that the quality of the administration - especially for phone conversations - was as if I had bought tons of goods, even though I had ordered only 1 thread of tube. Their work was characterized by a cultured, helpful, precise attitude. Fast, correct service.

Egyetlen dolgot viszon elég kicsinyesnek tartok, hogy egy 4 m-es 40X4 mm-es rozsdamentes anyag (1db) kettévágását kértem, hogy beférjen a kocsimba és ezt 800,-Ft-os nettó áron számlázták ki. Úgy gondolom, hogy másodpercekben mérhető "beavatkozás" ilyen díjtétele eléggé meglepő, de sajnos világunkban mindent forintosítanak és oda a régi idők nagyvonalúsága.... I think one thing is small enough that I asked for a 4 m 40X4 mm stainless material (1 piece) to be cut in half to fit in my car and it was billed at a net price of 800 HUF. I think that such a fee for "intervention", which can be measured in seconds, is quite surprising, but unfortunately everything in our world is forints and the generosity of the old days is there ....
