★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 hét nem volt elég egy àrajànlat elkészîtéséhez, akkor el tudom képzelni milyen a teljesîtôképességük a megrendelés és kivitelezés terén!
Igazàbòl mindegy , hogy 2,5 hét vagy 3 ! Komolytalan szàmomra, ténylegesen jövôre lesz szükségem a nyîlàszàrôkra, de az ajànlatra most van szükség!!
Telefonos egyeztetés kétszer is történt, mivel 2 hét utàn megkérdeztem, hogy aktuàlis e a dolog, és akkor is elmondtam amit most leîrtam, a beîgért ma vagy holnapot sem tartotta az ajànlattal!
A korrekt kritikàt meg el kell viselni és javîtani kell a szolgàltatàson a vàsàrlòk elégedettsége érdekében, nem meg kell magyaràzni azt ami nem is felel meg a valôsàgnak!
 3 weeks was not enough to make a quote, then I can imagine their performance in terms of ordering and execution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szeptemberben felszerelt redőnyön a felhúzózsinór januárra szétfoszlott.
Reklamációmra azt a választ kaptam,hogy
a zsinórra nincs garancia.
Ez nagyon elgondolkodtató, mivel szerintem
az a redőny része, nélküle nem működik.
Biztos hogy a jövőben nem fogok semmit
sem rendelni náluk.
Sajnos a beltéri ajtók beépítése is minőségi
problémákat vet fel!
