Garanciális és reklamációs ügyintézés kritikán aluli, hónapokom át elhúzódó vergődés a gyenge és rossz minőségű termékek miatt. 5 egyeztetett időpontból egyszer képesek kijönni (természetesen mindenféle jelzés nélkül), akkor is hiába: felszerelést nem hoznak, amit hoznak cserealkatrész pedig rossz. Ezt pedig már másodjára, a két alkalom között hónapokig csak hitegetéssel halogatva az idöpontot.
Aki teheti, messze kerülje ezt a céget!!!
 Citadel of incompetence! Warranty and complaint administration is a non-critical struggle for months due to poor and poor quality products. From 5 agreed times they are able to come out once (of course without any indication), even in vain: no equipment is brought, what they bring is a spare part and bad. And this is the second time, postponing the date for months between the two occasions, only by faith.
Whoever can, avoid this company far away !!!
