★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasváron az 1920-as években kezdődött a régi tárgyak és dokumentumok gyűjtése. Az anyagot a községházán helyezték el, a II. világháború alatt azonban megsemmisült. A gyűjtést Németh Antal indította meg újra 1948-ban. Az ő magángyűjteményéből és a helyi régészeti leletekből 1951-ben járási múzeumot alapítottak.
 In Vasvár, the collection of old objects and documents began in the 1920s. The material was placed in the village hall, in the II. however, it was destroyed during World War II. The collection was restarted by Antal Németh in 1948. A district museum was established in 1951 from his private collection and local archeological finds.
