Az idő majd megmutatja, mennyire volt szerencsés megfelelő elkerülő út nélkül létrehozni a helyet. A jövőben érdemes megfontolni egy M0 lecsatlakozást kiépiteni, ami nagyon közel van hozzá. Akkor lenne ez első osztályú hely, és fejleszthető a továbbiakban. Ezt csupa jószandékkal jegyzem meg. Mellesleg sok gépjármű használhatná akik ezzel mentesitenék a forgalomtol a Budai Nagy Antal utcát is.
