Jóval többet vártam ettől az intézettől. Tetszik a szeretetről szóló klisé-szerű idézet a weboldalon: „A szeretet soha el nem fogy, általa mindenki gazdagodik" Biztos hogy „mindenki gazdagodik"? A térítési díj: 180 000 Ft havonta.
Anyám közel 6 hetet töltött itt, a demens részlegen.
1. Nagyon embertelen módon, nem vitték le az udvarra; se őt se a többi demenst, levegőzni és sétálni.
2. A szemgyulladását nem vették észre, nekem kellet felhívni a figyelmüket rá. Napokat, heteket várt arra hogy a szemorvos végre megnézze, ezalatt óriási genny zacskó alakult ki a jobb szeme alatt.
3. Hospice-nak használták az anyám szobáját, mivel nincs külön szoba, egy ekkora, időseket és betegeket szolgáló intézetben.
4. Rosszul számolták ki a gyógyszer adagját. Egy harmaddal kevesebbet számoltak, ráadásul egy olcsóbb, helyettesítő gyógyszert adtak neki, amit anyám sohasem szedett azelőtt.
5. Az személyi okmányait jogtalanul visszatartották, nem adták ide amikor kihoztam egy hónapra.

I expected a lot more from this institute. I like the cliché-like quote about love on the website: "Love never runs out, it makes everyone rich" Are you sure "everyone gets rich"? The compensation fee: HUF 180,000 per month.
My mother spent nearly 6 weeks here in the dementia ward.
1. In a very inhumane way, they were not taken down to the court; neither him nor the other dementia, to breathe and walk.
2. The eye inflammation was not noticed, I had to draw their attention to it. He waited days and weeks for the ophthalmologist to finally see it, during which time a huge bag of pus developed under his right eye.
3. My mother’s room was used as a hospice because there is no separate room in an institution of this size for the elderly and sick.
4. The dose of the drug was calculated incorrectly. They counted a third less, plus they were given a cheaper, replacement medicine that my mother had never taken before.
5. Your identity documents were unlawfully withheld, not given here when I brought it out for a month.
