Három nap elteltével a sok nagy választékú bringabolt megnézése után mégis hozzájuk mentünk vissza! It's super cool. True, there was not a lot of choice but they were very helpful. After three days, after seeing a lot of great choices, we went back to them!

Nem lett rendesen meghúzva az első agy. 2: Fék bowden nem lett be állítva, kB. hatszorosára nőt a fék kar útja. 3: Nincs világítás. Még nem volt időm megnezni mit barmoltak el az agy dinamóval. Szóval a kiszolgálás tényleg barátságos, kedvesek, sőt a főnök szakértőnek is látszik, de ilyen munkát kiadni, ez szerintem kritikán aluli. A hölgy akinél vettük a biciklit készséggel ,profin válaszolt minden kérdésünkre. A gyerekekkel is türelmes és kedves volt. A húsvéti nyuszink is innen fog ajándékot választani. Köszönjük :) Today we brought my new bike, which was released after a full review. The service is kind, maximum competent. The lady we bought the bike willingly, a professional answered all our questions. He was patient and kind with the kids. Our Easter bunnies will also choose a gift from here. Thank You :)

Szerdai napon vittem be, és mondták,hogy a héten értesítenek arról,hogy van-e alkatrész. Nem teljesen sikerült 2 hét után mikor személyesen bementem akkor a hölgy azt sem tudta,hogy van olyan kerékpár az üzletben,pedig mikor odavittem felvette az adatokat,annyival elküldött, hogy majd hívnak aznap az sem sikerült! Rá pár napra hívott a szerelő. Mentegetőzött,hogy a gyárat kereste de ők sem tudták milyen csapágy megy bele pontosan! Legközelebb július 30-án hívtak,hogy talált 4 hét után alkatrészt!!! Jövőhéten kész a kerékpár. Ma augusztus 5-én hívtam a szervízt és egy smst kaptam. Külföldön van a szerelő majd szól! Egy hónap várakozás után egy egyszerű 2 soros üzenettel lerendezte. Az eredményre nagyon kíváncsi leszek de főleg arra,hogy idén egyáltalán még elkészül-e a bringa.Mindenki így dícsérje és vigye oda a kerékpárját! Szervíz pocsék mind kommunikációban mind hozzáállásban. I have been waiting for a month for my bike to be fitted with 2 bovden and a press fit center bearing to be replaced. I brought it in on Wednesday and was told they would be notified this week if there were any parts. It didn’t quite work out after 2 weeks when I went in person then the lady didn’t even know there was a bike in the store even though when I took it there she picked up the data so much that she would call me that day it didn’t work out either! The mechanic called him for a few days. He apologized for looking for the factory but they didn't even know exactly what bearing was going into it! Next time I was called on July 30 to find a part after 4 weeks !!! The bike is ready next week. Today on August 5th I called for service and got an smst. Abroad is the mechanic will speak! After a month of waiting, he sorted it out with a simple 2-line message. I will be very curious about the result, but especially about whether the bike will be finished at all this year. Everyone should praise it and take your bike there! Service is poor in both communication and attitude.

Sajnos nem tudtuk használni, két hetente kellett visszavinni javíttatni, mert sem a féket, sem a váltót nem sikerül beállítani. Egy év után a gyártó vizsgálta be és állapította meg, hogy szakszerűtlen volt a Veloroom javítása. Ezt az egy évet tovább bonyolította, hogy nem érhetők el telefonon, nehézkes velük a kommunikáció. Ha tehetitek ne itt vegyetek és javíttassatok kerékpárt! We bought a Kellys bike at the store. Unfortunately we could not use it, we had to bring it back every two weeks for repair because neither the brake nor the gearbox could be adjusted. After a year, the manufacturer inspected and found that repairing the Veloroom was unprofessional. This one year was further complicated by the fact that they were not available by phone, communication with them was difficult. If you can, don't buy a bike here and have it repaired!
