★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zagyvaszántó településre érkezve vettem észre a kis hegyes háromszög parkocska csúcsában egy faszobrot. Rögtön meg is álltunk, s fényképeket készítettem.
Egy családot faradott meg a fafaragó. Láthatóan a család összetartozását, egységét szimbolizálja, ahogy később olvastam a "magyartelepülések" honlapon. Ugyanitt írták, hogy Szklenár István helyi fafaragó művész alkotását láthatjuk.
A fafaragó szignóját és a 2010. évszámot megtaláltam, a kedves szobor hátoldalán. Sajnos a szobor a fejrésznél meghibásodott. Nem szándékos rongálás, minden bizonnyal kijavítható lesz.
 Arriving in Zagyvaszántó, I noticed a wooden statue at the top of the small pointed triangular park. We stopped right away and I took photos.
A family was carved by the woodcarver. Apparently, it symbolizes the belonging and unity of the family, as I later read on the "Hungarian settlements" website. It was written there that we can see the work of local wood carving artist István Szklenár.
I found the woodcarver's signature and the year 2010 on the back of the lovely statue. Unfortunately, the statue at the head was defective. Unintentional damage, it will certainly be repairable.
