I took part in a guide training. Most of our classes were online because of the pandemic, but that wouldn’t have been a problem. The training was advertised to be an hour on Saturdays every two weeks, compared to every month! we had an hour when it was. We didn’t even have a class with one of our teachers, just sent the finished items that would be needed for the exam. With our other teacher, who had a “regular” lesson, he started with exam assignments in the first lesson, but didn’t give out what was required to be done, so there was only 1 of them and he didn’t practice properly. We had a few hours with our English teacher and he sent us practice assignments, honestly he alone prepared us relatively properly. In the oral and practical exam that morning, it was announced that a few more examples were included in the situational items, but let's not worry. We practiced bus tour once live, which was a sweet little, nothing worth it. In the field of Heroes, we also practiced the English presentation once, in groups, our teacher just listened ... But of course they expected the perfect knowledge in the exam, which would not be a problem if they were given an education on which to base this expectation. My favorite was when the group organizer brought the attendance form for the exam to sign, just that, all year round, I had to sign every hour, even the ones that weren’t even kept! AND it was manipulation even during the exam, because who knows if we won't sign it. But of course the teacher was very happy with his so-called teaching. Well, he was alone with that, I talked to the other members of my group, they were of the same opinion. It was a real breath to finish the training, unfortunately we didn’t get any richer with any good experience or just usable knowledge.
