Venice Beach Cable Park

35 minutes ti drive from Budapest. Teachibg sessions each day at 11-12 an and 4-5pm. Good instructors with English knowledge.

It's really hard to review this place, since, when I was on the water, I really liked it, but, the rest of the time went almost terrible. The Good: The water is great, the elements which are neatly placed and in good condition, the "rescuer" motorboat is always out on the water, there is a buffet near, all-in-all, this place has so much potential. The Bad: Pretty much ecerything else, which is not in the water. Even if you are fine with a slower track, you can't go on it, in practice time, even with a daily ticket, which lasted for around one-or two in the afternoon, when we was there, since the owner was at some kind of party last night, and he needed to re-schdule everything, so don't get me wrong, I would be fine with the prices, but under these cicumstances, I would have been almost better off with a hourly ticket. You basically can't place your belongings anywhere secure, especially if you plan to leave your stuff on a mat or on a towel nearby. You can ask the staff, whether you can leave your stuff in the door of their shop, but that's as good as it gets. We wanted to rend to boards, but, they didn't had two with size 43 EU boot, so if you arrive with a freind who has the similar boot size you are up for a bit of letdown.

The cable park itself is nice, but some of the teaching staff doesn't belong in hospitality roles.

Look very fun attraction. But it is also fun just to watch how people try to get on the water with their boards.

Kids and hubby had a great time, had to queue quite a bit but we were there in a busy period. Good gear and knowledgeable staff, who helped learning the skills. Good value for money compared to some other sport or recreational activities. Great atmosphere! There's also a shop refreshments and staff speak English. Thank you!

Very clam and peaceful. Good getaway place to get a fresh breath on weekend

If you don't have a powerfull boat for waterskiing ... just visit cable park! Close to Budapest, nice surroundings and atmosphere!

Fun place for wakeboard. Only 30 min drive from Budapest. From 3pm there are two times 60min training for beginners, Hungarian, German and English speaking staff. The place is surrounded by a free beach.
