Vannak a webáruházak, ahol az eladónak lövése nincs arról, amit árul, soha nem találkozott olyan termékkel élőben és soha nem használta a terméket, de rendszerint az ilyen webáruházak a legolcsóbbak. A Ventil egy szaküzlet, ahol szaktanácsot is lehet kérni (lehetett). Manapság a telefonos ügyfélszolgálaton a számítógép elmondja, hogy hogyan tudok webes rendelést leadni! De 10 perc alatt nem sikerült olyan menüpontot találni, ahol valaki felvenné a telefont és segítene is nekem. Megyek a következő boltba, ahol segítenek is...!
Telephone customer service SCAN!
There are web stores where the seller is not shot at what they are selling, has never encountered a product live and has never used the product, but usually such web stores are the cheapest. Ventil is a specialist shop where you can (could) seek expert advice. Nowadays, the computer tells the customer service by telephone how to place an online order! But in 10 minutes I couldn’t find a menu item where someone would pick up the phone and help me too. I'm going to the next store where they help ...!

I didn't buy it with Ventil for the first time and I'm sure not for the last time, my colleagues were very kind and helpful from ordering the goods to receiving it :) I can recommend it !!!
