★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Január 12-én rendelt, kifizetett bojler kiszállítási idejének lejárata után megkeresésemre csak annyi volt a reakció hogy meghosszabbították az utánkövető szolgáltatásban még egy hónappal a kiszállítási határidőt és miután az is lejárt ismételten nekem kellett érdeklődni és kiderült hogy fogalmuk sincs mikor lesz a megrendelt árú, vegyek náluk másfajtát. Mai napig hirdetik pedig tudják hogy nincs mögötte teljesítés. Fizesd ki és nem kapsz semmit...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karácsonyi ajándékot rendeltem volna tőlük, de a terméket február 1-ig nem tudták elküldeni. Ekkor felajánlottak egy drágább terméket helyette. Közöltem, hogy elfogadom, de természetesen ráfizetés nélkül, ami nem tetszett nekik. Elég kicsinyes dolog, hogy ezer terméket "árulnak" de raktárra nincs pénz, így semmi sincs készleten.
I would have ordered a Christmas present from them, but the product could not be shipped until February 1st. They then offered a more expensive product instead. I said I would accept it, but of course without a surcharge, which they didn’t like. It is quite a small thing that a thousand products are "sold" but there is no money in stock, so nothing is in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendeltem egy Hajdu bojlert akciós áron hirdették. A gép szerint még 2 db volt raktáron. Visszaigazolták hogy jövő héten kihozzák és szállítják. Ezután még 3 hetet vártam, de mindig csak határidőt módosítottak, csak hitegettek. Telefonáltam nekik de egy gépi hanggal lehet társalogni. Nem ajánlom senkinek, különösen nem akinek sürgős a bojler csere.
I ordered a Hajdu boiler advertised at a special price. According to the machine, there were 2 more in stock. It has been confirmed that it will be brought out and transported next week. Then I waited another 3 weeks, but they always just changed the deadline, just believed. I called them but you can chat with a machine voice. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially not someone who needs an urgent boiler replacement.
