I was not there personally. I just inquired by phone. The clerk was very kind.

They said on the phone that they could make a tarpaulin for the car, I took the car and they said there was no reason to do such a tarp and they never did. I would add that the reason for the previous car was 2 years ago and should have done the same thing now. So for me, it's a goalie.

About 10 years ago we made the seat cover here for the car and put an engine seat in order, they worked very nicely so I chose them again. I covered 2 motor seats with them not long ago, I also took a tailoring pattern to make the seams fit, but the colleague who took the order didn't want me to leave it there (I didn't even understand the thing). They were completed soon, but due to poor order picking, the color and cut pattern of the seats were changed so they were re-made. During the remodeling, I left there the previously crossed-out seat as a pattern, which, incidentally, they had done beautifully beautifully years ago, should have been copied, compared to which both seats waiting to be upholstered were overcrowded with a sponge repair, so they became quite obscene. (in the attached picture the top is the pattern, it should be the bottom too) Obviously they just wanted good, but on a refurbished engine it can pretty much ruin the overall picture like that if someone strives for originality. There is no problem with the work anyway, not even with the deadline, but before hiring a job, it is worth being sensible and agreeing on every little detail so that this does not happen.

In my car, from the great heat, the roof trim was detached. I called them up on the phone, told them what had happened. They already knew roof upholstery would be repaired, meaning a new one had to be done. And when, finished was better because of the new. I would love to recommend it to anyone whose car goes this way. Very nicely, they did.
