Amint gyártatnia, vagy informálnia kellett volna a cégnek a gyártási nehézségekről, már nem működött a cég. 1 hónap folyamatos telefonálgatás végén, amikor már nem hagytam magam lerázni tudtak csak tájékoztatni arról, hogy az ajánlatban vállalt 3 hetes gyártási és szállítási idő 3 hónaposra nőtt.... A 60 negyzetmeteres lakásunk teljes fuggonyozeset kértük tőlük, minden flottul ment, mindezt úgy, hogy a lakást még csak el sem kellett hagynunk,ami a jelenlegi pandémiás helyzetben nem utolsó szempont. Gyorsan reagáltak az első megkeresesre, küldtek előzetes árajánlatot, majd kijott egy kedves hölgy felmerni az ablakokat és hozott elegendő anyag mintát is, amiből ki tudtuk választani a nekünk leginkább tetszőt. Még aznap megkaptuk a végleges árajánlatot és két héten belül - ahogy ígérték - kész volt minden függöny, a felszerelés is gyorsan zajlott. Nagyon köszönjük, mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom a Vesta Home-ot. We are very pleased with the service provided by Vesta Home. We asked them for a full curtain of our 60-square-foot apartment, everything went fleet-free, so we didn’t even have to leave the apartment, which isn’t the last consideration in the current pandemic situation. They responded quickly to the first inquiry, sent a preliminary quote, and then a nice lady came out to examine the windows and brought enough samples of material from which we could choose the one we liked best. We received the final quote that day and within two weeks - as promised - all the curtains were ready and the equipment went quickly. Thank you very much, I highly recommend Vesta Home to everyone.

We asked the installers to stop work and contacted the office. Someone came over, said: "It's in the contract" and would discuss it no further. We still thought we could find a solution. But then without any notice they canceled the contract and kept our deposit ($600/180,000HUF). They won't respond to emails or answer the phone so our money is gone. Be warned.
