★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice zoo, it's worth to see. Unfortunately ticket handling has some problems. We payed more with 2200 HUF than we should have to. The cashier was not helpful when we noticed the problem after 2 hours. She had already closed the desk before the official close and blamed us for the problem. Finally she gave us an email address to write there and they will help us. I wrote a complain about the issue, and got answer after 17 days saying they can not do anything.
All in all, double check your tickets before you pay for them. We were 6 (3 adults, 3 children) and it seems it was too difficult for a practiced cashier.
I made a mistake too when I trusted her...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great day out for the family but I have to dock stars because they don’t put any effort into educating visitors on conservation and respecting animals and their habitats in the wild and zoo. So many visitors are poking animals through fences and ignoring signs it’s horrible to see. They also need to put more effort in the bigger picture of preserving species and how people can make a difference, which I don’t think the owners care about as I couldn’t even find a recycling bin. But if you don’t care about any of that you’ll have a great day with the animals and the brilliant playground.

The zoo went through an amazing transformation.
Love how they changed the bird and rhino area of the zoo it's almost like a safari park.
The Dino park is an additional bonus to the site.
Amazing day out today big & small.
Will be back this summer.
