Külön előny a saját nagy medence + az erdő széle, ami a szálláshoz tartozik, mely a kánikulában is élvezetessé teszi a pihenést (ha épp nem a Balatonban fürdőzik az ember, ahova 15 perc alatt eljuthat az ember - külön említésre méltó a ház mellett ücsörgés a mindig árnyékot adó diófa alatt. Ami még emelt a színvonalaon, a házigazdák kedvessége, segítőkészsége, vendégszeretete. Szívesen visszatérnénk máskor is! Perfect place to relax and unwind, away from the noise of the city. A special advantage is the own large swimming pool + the edge of the forest, which belongs to the accommodation, which makes relaxing even in the heat (if you are not bathing in Lake Balaton, where you can get there in 15 minutes - it is worth mentioning sitting next to the house). under a walnut tree that always provides shade.What has raised its standard is the kindness, helpfulness and hospitality of the hosts.We would love to come back another time!

Már az első találkozásnál furcsa volt, hogy sorban panaszkodtak nekünk a korábbi vendégeikre, hogy mennyi kellemetlenség érte őket eddig és közölték, hogy nem látják szívesen a gyerekeket. (Másfél éves kis unokánkkal voltunk.) Este 10 után rendőrt akartak hívni ránk, mert nem aludtunk, hanem a menyemmel, a kamasz és a felnőtt fiammal társasoztunk, nevetgéltünk. Eközben a férjem, a kisebbik fiam és unokám a szomszéd szobában aludtak. 3 napra foglaltunk. Kicsin múlt, hogy éjszaka utcára rakjanak minket. A szállás elég drága, de a csaptól kezdve a zuhany ajtóig, sok mindennel gond volt, a jakuzzi bűzlött az algától, pedig ez volt az egyik ok, amiért ezt a szállást vállasztottuk, de inkább kihagytuk. Amiben korrektek voltak, hogy reggel, távozáskor visszaadták az előre kifizetett és így fennmaradt 2 napot. Ez azonban nem kárpótolt minket az egész évben várt 3 napos nyaralás tönkretételéért. The hosts are not nice people. Already at the first meeting, it was strange that they had in a row complained to us about their former guests about how much inconvenience they had suffered so far and said they didn’t like the kids. (We were with our little granddaughter a year and a half.) After 10 in the evening, they wanted to call a police officer because we weren’t sleeping, but we were associating with my weasel, teenager, and adult son, laughing. Meanwhile, my husband, younger son, and grandson slept in the next room. We booked for 3 days. It took a while to put us on the street at night. The accommodation was quite expensive, but from the tap to the shower door, there was a lot of trouble, the jacuzzi smelled of algae, although that was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation but preferred to skip it. What was correct was that in the morning, on departure, the prepaid amount was returned and thus remained for 2 days. However, this did not compensate us for ruining the 3-day holiday we expected throughout the year.

Gyönyörű környezetben helyezkedik el, az udvarról direkt rálátás adódik a Derék-hegyre. Félórányi járásra található a Zádorvár romja, ahonnan még a Balaton is megfigyelhető. A házigazdák intelligens, barátságos emberek. Családias hangulatot áraszt a ház, mintha az ember haza érkezne. Egyik téli látogatásunkkor a háziúr külön rákérdezett a pontos érkezésünk időpontjára, hogy be tudjon gyújtani a kandallóba, amikorra odaérünk. A hely tiszta és csendes. Tihany és Balatonfüred autóval tíz perc távolságra van. Csak javasolni tudom, ha az ember nyugodt pihenésre vágyna a Balaton közelében. We have stayed here several times. The place has a special charm in each season. It is located in a beautiful environment, with a direct view of Derék Hill from the courtyard. The ruins of Zádorvár are half an hour's walk away, from where even Lake Balaton can be observed. The hosts are intelligent, friendly people. The house exudes a homely atmosphere, as if one were coming home. On one of our winter visits, the landlord specifically asked us for the exact time of our arrival so he could light it in the fireplace by the time we get there. The place is clean and quiet. Tihany and Balatonfüred are a ten-minute drive away. I can only suggest if one wants a peaceful rest near Lake Balaton.
