Negatív tapasztalatom 6-7 évig nem volt, de azt követően az addig használt készülékemre megszűnt a szervizelési lehetőség -és nem vállalták a szervizbe történő felküldését. Én privát megtettem,-igaz 8 e Ft-om bánta, de elvégezték a munkát.Nagyon erőltették az új készülék vásárlását!! ami nem volt szimpatikus számomra. A fenti cég felkeresése viszont bizalmas helyzetet teremtett, Udvarias korrekt, nem erőszakos próbaidőszak után döntöttem az új készülék megvásárlásáról. A viselése nálam időszakos napi 2-3 óra . Jó minőségű a készülék, szinte nem is érzem a fülemben idegen tárgyként. Egyedüli észrevételem az elem. ugyanis kétféle van forgalomba a cégnél, de csak a drágábbik elérhető. Holott a drágább majdnem 3 szoros áron van az olcsóbbikhoz viszonyítva, de a tartóssága tapasztalatom szerint nem háromszoros. hanem,-kb 1.5-szoros!! Mindent értékelve, nem bántam meg a cégváltást!! Previously (for 8 years) my hearing problem was "treated" by another provider. I did not have a negative experience for 6-7 years, but after that the service option for my device used until then was discontinued - and they did not undertake to send it to the service center. I did it privately, I really regretted my HUF 8 thousand, but they did the work. They were very forced to buy the new device !! which was not sympathetic to me. However, visiting the above company created a confidential situation, after a polite fair, non-violent trial period, I decided to purchase the new device. Wearing it for me is intermittent for 2-3 hours a day. The device is of good quality, I hardly feel it as a foreign object in my ear. My only comment is the item. there are two types available at the company, but only the more expensive ones are available. Although the more expensive is almost 3 times the price compared to the cheaper, in my experience its durability is not three times. but, about 1.5 times !! All in all, I didn't regret the change of company !!
