★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Svédasztalos ebéddel lettünk gazdagabbak párommal, raguleves, birkapörkölt, csülkös pacal, palacsinta desszertnek. ( Volt még többfelé leves és szarvaspörkölt is de azt nem tudtuk kapacitásunk hiányában megkóstolni ?). Igen gazdag szörp választék ( házi jellegű volt ). Egyszerűen nagyszerű az egész hely autentikus. Köszönjük az ételeket, rendkívül ízletesek voltak és roppant udvarias kiszolgálást is kaptunk.
 We became richer with my partner at a buffet lunch, ragout soup, mutton stew, knuckle tripe, pancake dessert. (There was even soup and venison stew in several places but we couldn’t taste it due to lack of capacity ?). Very rich selection of syrups (it was homemade). Simply great the whole place is authentic. Thank you for the food, they were extremely tasty and we also received a very courteous service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kétszer ebédeltünk a Vidám Harcsában. Az ételek nagyon finomak bőségesek, családias a környezet. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítő kész. Ár érték arányba kifogástalan. Aki házias ízekkel és ételekkel szeretne jól lakni jó szívvel ajánlom! Ha legközelebb Egerszalókon járok biztos, hogy újból betérek! Köszönet a személyzetnek! További jó munkát!
We had lunch twice at Cheerful Catfish. The food is very delicious and plentiful, the environment is familiar. The staff is very kind and helpful ready. Value for money is impeccable. For those who want to live well with home-made flavors and food, I recommend it with a good heart! Next time I go to Egerszalók, I'm sure I'll come in again! Thanks to the staff! Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful backyard: a kid's dream with a dog and kittens and a pond full of fish. Food and service was good, but I wish they wouldn't reuse their paper placemats/menus. The beer - Kéményseprö - was awesome.
