Az első, a második világháború és a holokauszt áldozatainak emlékére emelték. A talapzat stilizált repülőgép alakú mészkőtömbjein külön szerepelnek a nevek.
A helytörténeti kutatók az első világháború áldozataiból 68 nevet ismernek (az emlékművön 9 név szerepel), a holokauszt áldozataiból 86 név ismert az egykori járási székhelyről. Ez utóbbiakat Auschwitzba vitték, és senki nem tért haza közülük.
Az alkotás főalakja egy majd három méter magas nőalak, aki kitárja kezeit, mintha madár lenne, és szállni készülne.
 The monument was erected in 1992 when the town became a town.
It was erected in memory of the victims of the First, Second World War and the Holocaust. The names are listed separately on the stylized aircraft-shaped limestone blocks on the pedestal.
Local history researchers know 68 names of the victims of the First World War (9 names are on the monument), and 86 names of the victims of the Holocaust are known from the former district seat. The latter were taken to Auschwitz and none of them returned home.
The main figure of the work is a female figure almost three meters tall, who opens his hands as if he were a bird and is about to fly.
