A	Alexandra Ábri-Kun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szép új hely. Minden bútoron, kiegészítőn látszik hogy a színvonal fontos volt. A wellness rész szuper, az ablakokról hiányoltuk a függönyt, vagy valamit amitől nem látnak be a parkolóból. Szuper a jacuzzi, a szauna, és van egy nagyképernyős okos tv is lent. Kosaras reggelivel még ilyen formában nem találkoztunk, nagyon ötletes volt, és bőven jól lehet lakni vele. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, akadt egy kis víz problémánk egyik nap, de egyből érkezett a hölgy és intézkedett, utánajárt a problémának. Negatívumként felhozhatnám, hogy a klímát nem tudtuk használni, illetve az előző vedégek után ottmaradt a mosdóban a kiürítettlen szemetes, használt női egészségügyi dolgokkal... Összességében ígényes, szép hely. Very nice new place. On all the furniture and accessories, the quality was important. Изменились планы в силу объективных причин на 2 ночи и 2 человека. 40 минут выясняли отношения с хозяйкой по телефону через девочку на рецепш. .Цена может измениться в любую минуту в сторону увеличения,привязана к внутреннему курсу евро с «потолка» Перед сном обнаружил , что простыня не свежая. Зафиксировал на фото как выглядела простыня. Стал звонить по контактному телефону. Кто то ответил и сказал ,что все претензии утром. Пытался дозвониться раз 40. После звонил на 112 ,приехала полиция с вопросом ,почему звонил,я ответил потому,что хозяева не реагировали на звонки и может они смогут повлиять. Но увы ,никто не появился. Остались в отеле,так как здесь остановились заграничные друзья. Позиционируют завтраки, но это ланч бокс. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ. Booked a room for 3 people for 3 nights. K	Klaudia Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon pozitív élmény volt az ott töltött két éjszaka egy babával: kedves, mosolygós személyzet, tisztaság, kényelmes ágy, jól felszerelt konyha, nagyon korrekt reggeli.Van egy apró és jól karbantartott wellnesrészleg is. A lokáció is tökéletes, könnyed sétatávolságra a belváros és három percnyire két kiváló étterem. It was a very positive experience to spend two nights there with a baby: kind, smiling staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, very fair breakfast. There is also a small and well-maintained wellness area. The location is also perfect, within easy walking distance of downtown and three minutes from two excellent restaurants.
A	Alexandra Forgács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt ketten, minden rendben volt, tiszta szoba, kedves recepciós hölgy pedig csak pár napja volt ott, mégis mindenbe segített amibe tudott. Egyedül ami kicsit probléma, hogy a jakuzzinál nem lehet hőfokot beállítani. A reggeli nagyon finom volt, elégedettek voltunk. Fogunk még jönni, ha nem is Hévízre, de egy másik Villa Oliverbe mindenképp. Szép napot nektek. The two of us spent a night here, everything was fine, the room was clean and the lovely receptionist was only there for a few days, yet he helped me with everything he could. The only problem is that it is not possible to set the temperature in the jacuzzi. Breakfast was very delicious, we were satisfied. We will still come, if not to Hévíz, but to another Villa Oliver anyway. Have a nice day.
D	Dalma Palkovics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 202-es szoba vendégei voltunk 2 éjszakára a márciusi hosszú hétvégén. Ha tudtuk volna előre, hogy ebben az árkategóriában tetőtéri szoba van, akkor másikat választunk. Férjem éppenhogy le tudott zuhanyozni , a maga 2 méterével a feje teteje súrolta a mennyezetet. Nyújtózkodni sajnos nem tudott, a fürdőszobai tükörben csak a nyakát látta, a többi akadályt meg sem említem. ? Ezt inkább komikusnak éltük meg, mint hibának. Egyébként a szoba a célnak megfelelt. Nem fáztunk, inkább többször szellőztettünk. A falak sajnos nagyon vékonyak, minden ki és behallatszódik. A szoba bejárati ajtaján az üveg átlátszó, szerencse, hogy volt az autóban pokróc és ragasztó szalag, megoldottuk a “függönyözést”. A reggeli nagyon ötletes, reggel 8 körül lehet átvenni a földszinten a szobaszámra szóló kosárkát, amiben több minden megtalálható és elegendő is. Összességében meg voltunk elégedve, de ha legközelebb jövünk, jobban tájékozódunk a szobákról. We were guests in room 202 for 2 nights on the long weekend in March. Breakfast is very imaginative, you can pick up the basket for the number of rooms on the ground floor around 8 in the morning, which has more and more. Overall, we were happy, but the next time we come, we'll be better informed about the rooms.
