★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend bis auf Kleinigkeiten, dass in der Küche Lappen zum Reinigen und Unterteller, Kompottschalen, Messbecher fehlen.
Super Spitze ist die Idee der Frühstücksversorgung direkt vor die Tür mit super Angebot der Zusammenstellung.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, jeder Zeit erreichbar.
 The accommodation is excellent except for small things that the kitchen lacks rags for cleaning and saucers, compote bowls, measuring cups.
Super great is the idea of breakfast right in front of the door with a great offer of the composition.
I felt very comfortable and would come back any time.
The staff is very courteous and friendly, available at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a short passing through stay ok. Very close to the lake . Rooms slowly looking tired. Shower room and bathroom on our arrival not very clean. Wifi did not work on any of our devices closer than 10m to accomodation. Shower room floor gets flooded every time you use the shower!. It is enclosed on three sides with one side open. The shower has one drain in the shower so nowhere for the water to go..superb air con mattress and outside area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it's not a season but. We have to go to some other places for key, breakfast included is only at 7:30 and they will leave it on the floor in hallway, in front of the door. Vila is empty but two appartments are ocupade, and they put us next to each other. Small thing but tells a lot. They don't have fan for hair and no vent in toilet. We booked room with the view on lake, we didn't get that room. One important thing. Railway is behind the house. Not on their booking description. And they asked us to return the key to other location but we politely said no. Out of the season you never should come here. I can't tell does the season and the income of money change the aproach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just be aware! Got a nice greeting by the host but.. previously booked a 1 bed apartment through on booking.com. The website has stated a right amount for a maximum occupancy of four guests but we still have been charged for an extra €15 on top and said just because the apartment fits for 2 person and further additional occupancy pays £15 each. It hasn't been told previously we acted and prepared as the booking confirmation stated.
Also the walls are thin as we've heard all movements from upstairs.
Might be worth to consider before you make a booking here.

What I remember is a quiet starry night in a warmish end of April. Nightingales (probably from neighbor yards) were giving a concert full night. Inegalable.
Pluses: cleanliness, terrace, comfortable bed.
Minuses:. Breakfast - nothing hot, everything packed from supermarket, no coffee at all provided for the coffee maker in the room, check out hour
