Viszont a régi főépületben levő kétszobás apartman kicsit lelakott volt, és a berendezés sem volt túl praktikus, a táskákat nem tudtuk hova tenni. A recepció be és ki csekkolásnál is nagyon-nagyon lassú volt. The building and communal areas are beautiful. However, the two-room apartment in the old main building was a bit inhabited and the equipment was not very practical either, we couldn't put the bags anywhere. The reception was very, very slow, both when checking in and out.

A wellness rész is csodálatos volt a medence hőfoka kellemesen meleg, az infra és a finn szauna is kiváló volt! A reggeli is bőséges volt, mindig figyelik és ha hiányosságot vélnek észre azonnal töltik fel! Ajánlom hiszen ár érték arányban is teljesen megéri! Modern környezet! Fiataloknak is teljesen megfelelő! The accommodation was very nice! The employees are also kind and helpful! The room is tidy, you can say laundry clean! I recommend it to couples. The wellness area was also wonderful, the temperature of the pool was pleasantly warm, the infrared and the Finnish sauna were also excellent! Breakfast was also plentiful, they are always watched and if they notice a deficiency they will be filled immediately! I recommend it because it's well worth the price! Modern environment! Szép, tiszta szobát kaptunk a felújított részen, nagyon kedves, mosolygós kiszolgálást, bőséges reggelit széles választékkal. Kértünk babaágyat is, megágyazva várt minket a szobában. A wellness is szuper volt, egyedül az erős klór szag volt kissé zavaró. Biztosan visszatérünk még! I can say without any exaggeration that it was great! We got a nice, clean room in the renovated part, very nice, smiling service, a rich breakfast with a wide selection. We also asked for a cot, waiting for us in the room. The wellness was great too, the strong odor of chlorine alone was a bit confusing. We will definitely be back again!
K	Klaudia Könye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delux plus szobát foglaltunk 2 éjszakára. A név senkit ne tévesszen meg, és a képek se ugyanis nem ár-érték arányos. Az első probléma ott kezdődött, hogy egy panzióba, a szobába nem rendelkeztek hűtővel. Erre amikor rá kérdeztünk, azt a választ kaptuk hogy az első 1.emeleten van egy hütő, ahova minden ott lakó pakol. Az a “nagy hüttő” minibár méretű volt, ahova mindenkinek pakolni lehetett volna. Sajnos mi úgy készültünk, hogy fel se merült bennünk hogy egy ilyen berendezés luxusnak számítanak (még a legdrágább szobában is), így a romlandó termékeket nem tudtuk elhelyezni, mert nyilván a közös hűtő más lakók alkoholos italával volt tele pakolva. Másodlagos súlyos probléma, hogy a nyári időjárás ellenére a klíma berendezés, legalacsonyabb hőmérsékletre állítva, melegebbet fújt mint amilyen idő kint volt! A panzió honlapján fel van tüntetve, hogy van klíma berendezés, de azt is írhatták volna hogy fűtésként funkcionál ? A fürdőszobában is nagyot csalódtunk, ugyanis első kézmosásnál a szappanadagoló egyszerűen szét esett… úgy vélem egy új beszerzése nem lett volna horribilis összeg, főleg hogy borzalmasan ? is nézett ki… A másik probléma a fürdőbe az volt hogy a kedves takarító nő hagyott nekünk apró DNS mintát a nagy méretű fürdőkádban, mely bármennyire is volt hívogató volt, teljesen elvette a kedvünket a használatától. Cirka 2-3órás ott létünk alatt, 2 másik lakót is hallottunk panaszt tenni a klímára, illetve volt, aki a medence klór szagára panaszkodott, mert nem lehetett tőle szellőztetni. Problémáinkkal a portára fáradtunk, ahol a főnök egyesztetesével, fizetés nélkül, 2 éjszaka helyett, nullával távoztunk. Az egy csillagot is csak a portás kedves és segítőkész hozz állásért merem adni! Ekkorát még szálláshelyben sose csalódtam, és bátran merem mondani, hogy nem ajánlom senkinek… ?? Ui.: a klíma problémákra annyit tudtott reagálni a főnök, hogy még nincs rendesen kiépítve…. De könyörgöm akkor addig ne adjuk már ki a szobákat, ilyen áron nyári szezonba, fűtéssel!! We booked a deluxe plus room for 2 nights. The name should not be misleading, and the pictures are not value for money. The first problem started there, that a boarding house, the room, did not have a refrigerator. When we asked him about this, we got the answer that there is a fridge on the first 1st floor, where everyone who lives there packs up. It was the size of a “big fridge” minibar that everyone could have packed into. Unfortunately, we were prepared so that it didn’t occur to us that such equipment was a luxury (even in the most expensive room), so we couldn’t put the perishable products because apparently the shared fridge was packed with alcohol from other residents. A secondary serious problem is that despite the summer weather, the air conditioner, set to the lowest temperature, blew warmer than it was outside! The website of the pension states that there is air conditioning, but it could also have been written that it functions as a heating ? We were also very disappointed in the bathroom, because the soap dispenser simply fell apart during the first hand wash - I don't think it would have been a horrible amount to buy a new one, especially because it looked awful… The other problem with the bath was that the lovely cleaning woman left us a tiny DNA sample in the large bathtub, which, however inviting, completely discouraged us from using it. About 2-3 hours during our stay, we heard 2 other residents complain about the climate, and there were those who complained about the smell of chlorine in the pool because it could not be ventilated. We were tired of the problems with the porter, where we left with zero, instead of 2 nights, with the boss’s single, unpaid. I dare to give a star only for the kind and helpful help of the porter! I have never been so disappointed in accommodation and I dare say that I do not recommend it to anyone… ?? Ui. But I beg you not to rent out the rooms until then, at such a price for the summer season, with heating !!
