N	Norbert Németh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy egyszerű felvarrásra vittem be az új nadrágomat. Amikor érte mentem és felpróbáltam már furcsa volt, mintha az egyik szár rövidebb lenne. Csak otthon mértem le a szárakat, és az egyik vagy 2cm-rel rövidebb volt a másiknál. Visszavittem, megnézték, egyértelmű volt a hiba. Mondtam, hogy sajnos így ezt a nadrágot nem fogom tudni hordani és szeretném, ha kifizetnék a vadontúj nadrágom (még a számlát is felmutattam) mire megkértek, hogy ne a többi vevő előtt rendezzük ezt le, menjek vissza később. A nadrágtól megszabadultam, mert horthatatlan volt. Visszamentem, majd előkerült a varrónő, aki a munkát végezte, majd kérték a nadrágot cserébe a pénzért. A másik kolléganő, aki láttamozta a hibát, majdnem hogy letagadta, hogy egyáltalán hiba volt. Végül kifizették a nadrág árát, de a munkadíjat már nem adták vissza majd megkértek, hogy oda többet nem menjek. Ekkora pofátlansággal ritkán találkozom, hogy elrontanak egy ruhát és még a vevőt kérik meg, hogy többet ne menjen oda, ahelyett, hogy alázatosan elismerték volna az egyértelmű hibát, megtérítették volna a kárt és mondjuk vártak volna szeretettel, hogy menjek máskor is. Persze az hidegen hagyta őket, hogy nekem ez 2 út a ruhaboltba, 2 út hozzájuk oda-vissza (bocs 3), az ugye senkit nem érdekel. Nagy csalódás volt, nem ajánlom őket senkinek! I brought in my new pants for a simple sewing. When I went for it and tried it it was weird as if one of the stems was shorter. I only measured the stems at home and one was 2cm shorter than the other. I took it back, they checked, the mistake was clear. I said that unfortunately I will not be able to wear these pants this way and I would like to pay for my brand new pants (I even showed the bill) by the time I asked them not to settle this in front of the other buyers, go back later. I got rid of his pants because he was immortal. I went back and then the seamstress who did the work came up and then asked for the pants in exchange for the money. The other colleague who witnessed the mistake almost denied it was a mistake at all. Eventually they paid the price of the pants, but the wages were no longer refunded and they asked me not to go there anymore. I rarely encounter such cheekiness that they spoil a dress and even ask the buyer not to go there again, instead of humbly admitting the obvious mistake, compensating for the damage and, say, waiting with love to go another time. Of course it left them cold that for me it's 2 trips to the clothing store, 2 trips back and forth (sorry 3), nobody cares. It was a big disappointment, I would not recommend them to anyone!
