Mrs Zsuzsa Zelei promised to sent extra paid money to my belgium account (54 Euro) but apparently hotel cannot make international money transfer (?!). Although it happaned 6 months ago i still do not have my money. Since then i asked for it around 76 times by email. I must admit that Mrs Zelei was replying but anyway i do not have my money back...

Dirty bathroom, dirty room, insects in the room, only one towel - thin and low quality, very uncomfortable and noisy bed - every movement in the night was waking us up. When you arrive welcomes you stink of trash at the gate. Only staff is kind and helpful.

Very interesting menu at the restaurant, the rooms are very large and spacious, especially the family rooms are just perfect. Photos from the restaurant, decorations that i find very cosy and modern, it's very comfy.
Z	Zsolt Villas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very nice and attentive. However the toilet, the "bathroom" in the room and the amenities are a big let down (for this price). Stayed for less in 4* literally next to the castle at Budapest, with much better rooms, breakfast selection and so. It was worth only maybe half the price we paid. Definitely not going back, but the staff members are great.
D	Daniel K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, very nice location, clean rooms, with window shades. The experience would have been better if the bed and pillow wouldn't be a disaster. The rooms are not sound proof so there was a lot of noise coming from everywhere time to time. The breakfast contained the cheapest store brought products, although the eggs and hot dog tasted fine, everything else had disturbing quality. The freshly made food for dinner was tasty with huge portions. Nothing was too bad but for the price the rooms simply don't worth it. If they would sell it for the half of total it would be 5 stars.
