Feljelentettem a fogyasztóvédelmi eknél,mert 0-24-ig elérhető a nyitvatartása!Nálam meg ömlött a víz a bojlerből!!!!! Az egyik ismerősöm is csatlakozott ,mert gáz bojler helyére cserélt villany bojlert és NEM HSZNÁLTA A SZAKSZERŰSÉGÉT ! A megszüntetett,ledugózott gáz csonkról nem adott neki hivatalos jegyzőkönyvet,vagyis a gáz szerelésről nincs papírja de bele kontárkodik az Úr.Egy igazi GÁZOST kellett hívnom,mert gázszag volt a munkájában. Ráadásul agyon hírdeti magát...fizet,hogy ilyen becsületes munkái legyenek...egy jó szakember szájról-szájra terjed..NEM? Én nem hívnám már a lakásomba se tehetné be a lábát. Megegyeztünk egy árban, és természetesen a helyszínen többet kert (20%kal), úgy hogy a hiba az volt, amit megrendelőként elmondtam neki. Számlát nem ad, arra hivatkozva hogy telefonon megbeszéltük, holott ilyenről szó sem volt, nekem az elszámoláshoz és az igazoláshoz, meg egyebkent is szükségem lett volna számlára. Tudom, nem sok mindenen változtat a vélemények leírása, de ha előbb döntök úgy, hogy elolvasom mások tapasztalatait biztos, hogy nem keresem fel őket. Remélem Ti is így tesztek majd. 3 órát késtek a megbeszélt időpontról. Nem telefonáltak, nem adtak számlát. Elment az úriember és azt mondta majd holnap elszállítják a régi bojlert és megszereli, amit még meg kell. Azóta sem jelentkeztek, többször rám nyomták a telefont. 110.000 Ft-ot elkért. Jótállás kaptunk ugyan, de kérdezem én, ha még is lenne valami problémánk még is, hogy érném el? Más szakemberekkel, még több költségen kell ezt megoldanunk... Szélhámosak! A vasárnapi hívásom azonnal fogadva lett, minden kérdésemre választ kaptam, minden feltételben megegyeztünk a honlapon szereplő információk alapján (azokról a lehetséges eltérésekről is, amik előre esetleg nem láthatók). A keddre megbeszélt időpont pontosan tartva volt és a munka igen gyorsan (ahhoz képest, hogy a gázbojler cseréje villanyra több rész-tevékenységből áll) és szakszerűen elkészült. Többletmunka és többletköltség az előre megbeszéltekhez képest nem volt. Rugalmasan kezelték azt is, hogy mindezt vidékről szerveztem le és más volt ott személyesen a helyszínen. Két régi készülék is el lett szállítva az előre megbeszéltek szerint, ezt a problémát is levéve a vállamról. Arról is biztosítottak, hogy ha bármi gond felmerülne jönnek segíteni (egyelőre minden a legnagyobb rendben működik). Nem tudom, hogy a többi értékelő kivel beszélt/találkozott, én csak azt tudom mondani, hogy még soha nem sikerült ilyen rövid idő alatt, ennyire zökkenőmentesen ilyen típusú problémát megoldanom, és én ezért nagyon hálás vagyok Szabó Ferenc úrnak. És nem mellesleg azok a cégek, akiket előtte felkerestem, akik egy kérdésemtől már idegesek lettek és nem is nagyon voltak hajlandók konkrét választ adni, és mindenben (pl. fizetés módja) rugalmatlanok voltak, még drágábbak is. Two old devices were also shipped as pre-arranged, also taking this problem off my shoulders. They also assured that if any problems arose they would come to help (for now, everything is working fine). I don't know who the other evaluators talked to / met, I can only say that I have never been able to solve this type of problem so smoothly in such a short time, and I am therefore very grateful to Mr Ferenc Szabó. And by the way, the companies I visited before, who were already nervous about one of my questions and were not very willing to give a concrete answer, and were inflexible in everything (e.g. payment method), even more expensive. I can only recommend.

A válasz az volt, hogy : “Hát ez van hölgyem, nem tudunk mit csinálni.” Későbbi időpontot sem ajánlott fel kárpótlásul. Kritikán aluli. Aki teheti keressen más szakembert! I do not recommend! (vásároltam tőle eszközt) Garanciális javítást amit vállalt nem teljesítette, amikor erre rákérdeztem letiltott és el sem tudom érni azóta. Másik számról hívva közölte, hogy nem is fogja megcsinalni amit vállalt és kinyomott. A stílusa szörnyű, és amit megcsinált 2x egy hónapig működött. Aki nem akar magának bajt kerülje el!!!! I do not recommend to anyone. It also hurt me financially.
