My name is Magdalena.
I am RYT500 Yoga Alliance and YYYRT200 The Yin Yoga Institute registered teacher, located in Budapest.
I was interested in yoga since my teen years, but started a regular practice only in 2016, seeking quiet concentration that would balance the constant rush and pressure of a corporate life.
(I used to be a Purchasing Manager in a Japanese automotive company)
It had soon turned out that yoga not only helped me to get calmer, but also improved my flexibility, strength, balance, enhanced my immune system and became an important part of my life.
I travelled a lot, and after years of doing it with a mat and daily practice done in hotels, motels and airports, I decided to share my enthusiasm with others and become a yoga teacher.
My favourite styles are taoist yin, nidra and restorative, for they prove that everyone can make profound changes just by taking simple steps.
My mission is to help my clients take this conviction from the mat to their daily lives, so that they could set their targets with more confidence and enjoy the journey towards their dreams.
