I book an appointment by phone and explain that I am traveling, and require rabies vaccination and the Worm treatment. They tell me that they can fix all of this, and they offer me an appointment more than one week before I am traveling.
When I arrive to the appointment, first off all, I had to wait 30 min extra even though I've booked. Furthermore, they refuse to do the treatment as promised over the phone, as they call it "fraud". The veterinarian is delusional to the point where she thinks the CIA is watching over your dogs passport. Literally.
She had no emphaty for the situation I am in, which by the way was caused by them. They end up refusing to give the treatment, and shows me out the door.
The so-callef "English speaking assistant" do not understand a single word English.
Never going back, and would never recommend to anyone.
