Ezt az idopontot email formajaban be is mutattuk, illetve az indulas elott 2 nappal is kerdeztunk hogy akkor mehetunk e, erre valasz is erkezett...meg pedig hogy menjunk. Ennek ellenere kozoltek velunk hogy nem tudunk megszallni mert nincs hely.. Ossze-vissza beszeltek, hogy nem ok irtak stb. Nem ajanlom senkinek. Raadasul utolag megtudtam hogy undoritoan mocskos is volt a szallas. We went at the pre-booked time. D	Dávid Cséza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 nappal utazás előtt, este 10kor jött az üzenet, hogy mondjuk le a foglalást, mert túl olcsón adta nekünk a szállást a booking.com és amúgy sincs már helyük. Egy héttel ezelőtt hívtam őket egyeztetni, hogy minden rendben van-e, akkor még azt mondták, hogy várnak szeretettel. Mindennek a legalja. 4 days before the trip, at 10pm, the message came to cancel the booking because booking.com gave us the accommodation too cheap and there is no place anymore anyway. I called them a week ago to discuss if everything was okay, they even said they were waiting with love. The bottom line is everything.
R	Róbert Kapoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kb 1 hónapja lefoglaltuk, az előleget is elutaltuk. Majd 2021.08.11.-én fürdőszoba meghibásodása miatt visszamondták és kérték, hogy én mondjam vissza! Szoba lemondás se egy email, se egy félig hivatalos megkeresés. A "HOTEL" ahol azt mondták diákszállás volt és hát még nem tudták rendberakni az épületet még nem működik tökéletesen. Komolytalan szállás. Soha többet még a közelébe se megyek. We booked about 1 month ago and the deposit was also declined. Then on August 11, 2021, due to a bathroom failure, they canceled and asked me to cancel! Room cancellation is neither an email nor a semi-formal inquiry. The "HOTEL" where they said it was a student hostel and well they couldn't fix the building isn't working perfectly yet. Frivolous accommodation. I'll never go near him again.

Minden egyes megkeresésemre különböző jövőbeli dátumokkal és ígéretekkel válaszolnak, de érdemi választ, megoldást nem ajánlottak. Felháborító az ügyfélkezelésük, senkinek nem ajánlom. Due to an error in their system, they could not receive it, however, the deposit was not refunded within 4 months. They respond to each of my inquiries with different future dates and promises, but they did not offer a meaningful answer or solution. Their customer service is outrageous, I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Nem volt WC papír, a szoba eszméletlen hideg volt, nem működött a fűtés. A párnák horribilisek voltak. A szoba meg igénytelen koszos volt. Dohos penészes. Stay away. I would not recommend it to anyone. We got a bad room and we didn’t get our money back later because we paid for a better room. There was no toilet paper, the room was unconsciously cold, the heating was not working. The pillows were horrible. The room was uncomfortably dirty. Dusty moldy. Stay away.

T	Twan Verduin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a great location next to the beach, book it. But take notice of the not so up to date quality of the building. It's basically an old building with a good location and good service.
