Nagyon sokat segített a választásban, mind “szakmai” szemmel mind “lányos” szemmel. Az akkor vásárolt fürdőruha kiváló állapotban van sokat használtam azóta. A második Vance fürdőruhámat tegnap rendeltem online, mert sajnos a nyitva tartás nekem nem túl kedvező. Mivel a hétvégét strandon töltjük, így kértem őket hogyha lehetséges akkor a mai napon kézbesítsék, amennyiben nem lehetséges nincsen probléma csak értesítsenek. Minden gond nélkül a mai napom meg is kaptam a csomagomat! Ezúton is nagyon köszönöm a gyorsaságot, a rugalmasságot és a hozzáértést nem utolsó sorban a kedvességet.❤️ When I bought my first Vance swimsuit last summer, there was a very nice girl inside the store. It helped a lot in the choice, both with “professional” eyes and “girly” eyes. The swimsuit I bought then is in excellent condition and I have used it a lot since then. I ordered my second Vance swimsuit online yesterday because unfortunately the opening hours are not very favorable for me. Since we spend the weekend on the beach, I asked them if it is possible to deliver it today if it is not possible no problem just let me know. I got my package today without any problems! Again, thank you very much for your speed, flexibility and skill, not least for your kindness.❤️

Két fürdőruhát vettünk itt, és noha az előírásokat betartottuk (nem mostuk meleg vízben, nem szárítottuk napon...), mindkettő károsodott: az egyik foszlani kezdett, a másikból kiesett- másodszori javítás után is- egy fém díszítőelem. Visszavittük a fürdőruhát, a pénzvisszatérítést és a termékcsere lehetőségét még hírből sem ismerik. Az eladó arrogánsan, személyeskedve, a vevőt gyanúsítgatva próbálta bizonygatni az igazát. Más (mellesleg kevésbé nívós) márkáknál ilyen még sohasem fordult elő velünk. Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a céget, a vevőket nem tisztelik, a termékeik nem érik meg a pénzüket! Their swimsuits are really beautiful and look sophisticated. But! We bought two swimsuits here, and although we followed the instructions (we didn't wash them in warm water, we didn't dry them in the sun ...), both of them were damaged: one of them started to shatter, the other fell out - even after a second repair - a metal decorative element. We took back the swimsuit, the money back and the possibility of product exchange are not even known from the news. The seller tried arrogantly, personally, suspiciously of the buyer to prove his truth. For other (by the way, less quality) brands, this has never happened to us before. I do not recommend this company to anyone, customers are not respected, their products are not worth their money!

Nem orvosolták a problémát!!! Nem ajánlom a terméket!!!! The 28,000 HUF hot white swimsuit turned gray after two uses and the gold ornamental ribbon was worn out. I picked it up twice for 28,000! They didn't fix the problem !!! I do not recommend the product !!!!

They intentionally send me the wrong size and I had to return but it cost me 44 euros this return and I paid 76 euros for the swimsuit so I lost 44 euros. AVOID AVOID ? AVOID THIS SCAMMERS. Return from uk to Hungary cost you 45 euros

On our recent vacation, send entered the bikini and it doesn't wash out. We complained to them, thinking they are professional with customer service like other prestigious brands, and their answer was that 'sorry sand can enter any bikini like that' it's not our responsibility. This is a freaking joke, they are so money hungry they aren't willing to replace the bikini free of charge or 'fix it' to save a few bucks -- nevermind we spent over 600,000 HUF with them. If this is how they treat customers, Vivien Vance will never, ever compete on the world stage against the top brands. Fail, for customer service BIG TIME. You guys have a LOT TO LEARN on how to treat your top customers!!!
