A megvásárolni kívánt terméket saját szállításkor ne keljen magyarázkodnom hogy elfér az autómba. Üljön be a targoncába és rakja be az autóba. Nem egyszer fordult elő hogy 15 percig magyarázkodtam mire hajlandók voltak berakni az árut. Én majd megítélem hogy haza tudom-e vinni a csöveket vagy nem, én fizetem a büntetést. Szóval kissé passzív a kiszolgálás (többször volt ilyen alkalom). Az telefonos pontakt rugalmas volt (O.Máté).
The service is not perfect ...
