A	Artúr Kátai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na. Ez az a cég, akivel soha, senki ne kezdjen. A történet: Tegnap, miután egy másik gázos már másodjára vert át, felhívtam ezt a céget. Megbeszéltem velük, hogy ma kijönnek, az albérlőnkkel leegyeztették, hogy nap közben érkeznek valamikor, mert akkor jobban ráérnek, ráadásul akkor olcsóbbak is. 17 óra után van ugyanis egy közel 4000 forintos pótdíjuk. Ma 17:49-kor felhívtam őket, és megkérdeztem, hogy jönnek-e. A telefon túlvégén az ember valami minősíthetetlen hangnemben kioktatott, hogy azt beszélték meg az albérlőnkkel, hogy majd hívnak, ha jönnek, de mivel még nem hívtak, ez azt jelenti, hogy még nem tartanak ott, hogy hívjanak. Gyakorlatilag mint egy hülyével, úgy beszélt velem, totál magas lóról, és lekezelően. Nagyon udvariasan jeleztem neki, hogy nem biztosan ez a hangnem az, amit hallani szeretnék. Tényleg nagyon udvarias voltam. Mondtam neki, hogy ettől függetlenül még várom a szerelőt, és megjegyeztem, hogy ő pedig tanuljon illemet. 1 perc múlva visszahívott, hogy úgy döntött, hogy nem jönnek ki, nem csinálják meg a konvektort, és keressek más szerelőt, AZT ÚGYIS OLYAN KÖNNYŰ MOST!!!!! De mégis ez mi a fene? Hogy képzeli ezt bármilyen cég? Vagy bárki? Felrobbanok. Na. This is the company that no one should ever start with. The story: Yesterday, after another gas was beaten for the second time, I called this company. I discussed with them that they are coming out today, they have agreed with our tenant that they will arrive sometime during the day, because then they will get better, and they will be cheaper then. After 5 pm, they have a surcharge of almost HUF 4,000. I called them today at 5:49 pm and asked if they were coming. At the far end of the phone, the man was taught in some unqualified tone that they had talked to our tenant that they would call when they came, but since they hadn’t called yet, that means they weren’t there yet to call. Practically like a fool, he talked to me about a totally tall horse, and condescendingly. I very politely indicated to him that this tone was certainly not what I wanted to hear. I was really very polite. I told him that I was still waiting for the mechanic anyway, and I remarked that he would learn decency. After 1 minute he called me back that he decided not to come out, not do the convector, and look for another mechanic, THAT'S SO SO EASY NOW !!!!! But what the hell is this? How does any company imagine this? Or anyone? I'm exploding.
