They are giving awfull service. I wait at least 2 hours and buying a Sim card process is too much 40 mins. You cannot pay with contactless card and Google pay. Pos device is not working properly. I tried 5 times to pay. There are lots of people in line. Workers too slow. I really upset from this vodafone store. From now on I will not use any vodafone. It is just hesitate. So if you want to waste your time you can go this store.

Today I had worst customer service experience with the representative in the store called me lier. I had problem with non working 5G data sim that I bought with rate of 3500 Ft in another store and I approached this store for help and support. The representative answer was that since the sim was not activated on the other store, they cannot activate the sim and cannot do anything other than charge me again. Once I explained the representative that he must have this option of activate the sim with waiving another charge he did not believe till a point he just called me a lier. For me it is the last time I'm dealing with vodafone and their unbelievable rude representatives. I got out of the store insulted and furious and without service. My suggestion, don't come close to this store and consider two times before dealing with vodafone ?

Terrible Customer Service and Employee Attitude. We walked in to the Budapest Dea’k ter 6 store about 1 pm June 17th and took a number like everyone else. After 10 minutes of waiting a bunch of young girls walk in a sit near one of the staff. When finished with his customer he had the pretty girl sit with him to help her. His Help Number at his desk never changed. He did not hit the system to announce the next number as per their system. My wife complained to him and he told her to wait her turn. The girl he was helping had the number after us and there were also two customers before us with lower numbers waiting. I went to ask another young guy if he was the manager. He said it depends. We told him and another young make employee the situation and it wasn’t fair and they just didn’t care. They never apologized. They kept making excuses for their colleague and asked us what we expected them to do. One finally went and told the other guy and just said to us, “I told him”. Nothing changed , no apology, we just had to wait with everyone else so we ripped up our ticket and left the store. Such a lack of professionalism, incredibly rude and arrogant young make employees with ZERO Customer Service. I will never deal with Vodaphone again.

I was on Wednesday even though there were at least 4 people behind the desk, unfortunately the service is extremely slow. It took 1.5 hours to buy the sim card! Wow, the machine with the numbers for the queue does not work, there were 5 people in front of me, but no one could control the customers being served in sequence . the cheapest package was probably 5gb 18 euro, so far the most expensive offer I bought in Europe for such a small package. you cannot pay by card or in a foreign currency. if you respect your time, avoid this place

Big company, bad application I am not able to log in to my account for a month, I went to the store, I called them. They said when I validated my data the employee added another account, so there are two accounts with the same phone number. However, they couldn't solve the problem till now.

If you go in the afternoon there is no queue which is good. Staff is helpful and they speak English. The bad thing is if you are a tourist and you don’t have the address card they can’t do anything for you, not even to buy a prepaid card like everywhere else in Europe. Another bad thing is if you want to buy a phone you need to make a contract at least for 2 years.. which both of them I found them ridiculous..

Foreigners, avoid this place. I know this is a convenient location after getting off the bus from the airport, but they offer newly arrived foreigners only expensive plans that start at 9,500 HUF Without being dramatic, this location is predatory to foreigners. Rates are cheaper at other vodaphone locations or at Telenor
