Kérésemre, hogy iPhone készüléket szeretnék vásárolni a válasz: "Nincs, és nem is tudjuk mikor lesz. Rendelést tudunk felvenni, de azt sem tudjuk, hogy az mikor jön meg." A jó kereskedő, akinek fontos a vevő elégedettség valószínüleg azt válaszolta volna, hogy jelenleg nincs, de szívesen veszünk fel megrendelést, és reméljük mielőbb megérkezik! Nem először tapasztalok ebben az üzletben udvariatlan kiszolgálást, és a várakozasi idő mindig hosszú! Ha lehet igyekszem elkerülni! Mindenkinek ezt javaslom!
There is 1 main server in the store, the others in the internal office are laughing as the number of waiters keeps increasing! When asked if I want to buy an iPhone, the answer is, "No, and we don't know when it will be. We can place an order, but we don't even know when it's coming." A good dealer who cares about customer satisfaction would probably have replied that there is no one at the moment, but we are happy to pick up your order and hope it arrives as soon as possible! This is not the first time I have experienced rude service at this store, and the waiting time is always long! If possible I will try to avoid it! I recommend this to everyone!
