★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 csillagnal nem lehet sajnos roszabb ertekelest adni. Az ügyintezes menete lassu. Az alkalmazottak bunkok es arogansak. Az ügyintezes menete pedig csigalassu tempoban megy. Nem ajanlom senkinek sem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hááát....,kártyacserèt javasoltak telefon hívás alkalmával az ügyfèlszolgálat,mert minden hívót ismeretlennek jelzett a telefonom a hívószám kinelzès beállítása ellenère is.Majd a kirendeltsègen kiderült,központi hiba,de közben odaugrott egy fiatal ügyintèző ès totálisan elnyomkodta a telefonom,net újraindítás után új Apn beállítasokkal volt elèrhető,ezt már helyrehoztam,de azt már nem tudtam,hogy töltèst ne tiltsa le a szoftver ès csak kábelen való újraindítás módszerèvel induljon be a töltès,de rászóltam a kisasszonyra,sajnos nem időben!Szóval nem ajánlom a fiatal ügyintèzőt,van ott sokkal tapasztaltabb aki tudja teljesíteni a munkakörèt tisztessègesen,mondjuk hozzá is ültem le,a kiscsajt nem èrtettem,mi volt neki ez a mutatvány,hogy állítgassuk el totálra az ügyfèl kèszülèkèt,mert szerinte abban volt a hiba???
