We weren't able to enter the store because the guy at the entrance said they are close even though we arrived 2 hours before the closing time. There's a better store right next to this one

Worst security guard ever!! He always tells everyone 2 hours wait, FOUR TIMES before even making the ticket. Reality is it’s more 10-15 min wait, he’s basically saying Go away I don’t wanna work

Just so you know, your security man keep sending people that want to become Vodafone customers, to Telenor, saying that there's too much to wait (no one in the line). He has been rude to me and different people that went there too.

I think it's a culture here to let you wait at least one hour before taking your case even if there are free windows ? If you plan to come here, bring food and drinks because you will spend half a day experiencing the worst customer service

The WORST customer service we have ever experienced. Went to Vodafone Westend to cancel our subscription, as we are leaving Budapest. Never have we ever experienced such terrible service. Upon arrival, a very unfriendly doorman did everything he could to ensure no other customers entered: Thus, he initiated by assuming that we could not get a number in the line as we are not Hungarian and it therefore could not be our subscription. When we had said it was, he followingly listed a range of other factors and reasons why we should not enter: That we could not unsubscribe from the store (which we fortunately knew was not true as we had been adviced to do so by a very friendly Vodafone-employee in another store), that we most likely did not have the right documents, as well as continuously asking us whether we were REALLY sure we wanted to wait in line for an hour. We finally managed to get a number in line; and upon waiting half an hour, we were attended. The guy who attended us, however, had a super bad attitude, clearly annoyed that we had questions. We did, however, manage to explain our situation and were explained that we should just wait and pay online. Upon getting back home, we realised, the mere service had not only been bad; After midnight, however, our internet stopped working. Thus, it seems that our subscription has mistakenly been stopped with immediate effect rather than at the end of the months, as the guy said + we are paying for. Would really recommend anyone to NOT go to this Vodafone store.

The person who can help with getting number asked me for passport to give me a number!! Also they made a wrong contract for me and i have to pay more each month

Security guy wanted to send me away 50 mins prior closing time. I told him I wanna try anyway, maybe I can be attended in 30 mins with 3 stations and 6 customers. He gave me a spot, in 20 minutes I was out of the store knowing the answers to my questions.
