Ha lehetne adni 10 csillagot annyit adnék! A szőke hölgy felkészültségét, kedvességét, hozzáállását nehéz szavakba foglalni! ??
Komolyan ajánlom figyelmébe a Vodafone azon részlegének amely az ügyfél - ügyintéző relációit vizsgálja esetleg oktatja. Ezzel nem a többi ügyintézőt szeretném lehúzni mert volt sokszor részem pozitív mint ahogy negatív hozzá állásban is de amit itt tapasztaltam az példa értékű!
Komolyan, nem is értem a fanyalgókat nem lehet, hogy velük van a baj?!
