★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szerintem az alkalmazottak a fizetésükhöz képest (ami bérminimum) próbálnak megfelelő kiszolgálást nyújtani, viszont a vezetőség rendkívül unprofesszionális.
 I think employees are trying to provide adequate service compared to their salary (which is the minimum wage), but the management is extremely unprofessional.

Sorry I called customer service three times in 20 minutes and no one was connected! This is outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két és fél órát álltunk sorba, az ügyfelek többsége kiállt a sorból. Többen közülük, jómagam is felháborítónak tartjuk, hogy három pultból csak egy üzemel... Egy olyan alkalmazott aki csak a fejét vakarja. ? Panaszt tettem a 1270 Ügyfélszolgálaton.
We lined up for two and a half hours, with most of the customers standing in line. Many of them, myself, find it outrageous that only one of the three counters is in operation ... An employee who just scratches his head. ? I made a complaint to 1270 Customer Service.
