★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly but true, Vodafone staff at West End is rather rude usually. Mostly they don’t provide a polite professional service. We got used to it - they don’t allow to enter an hour before the closure, ignore questions or answer not in a polite manner and so on ? But today it was moreover, it seemed to be an absurd. This evening a half an hour before the closure I came to Vodafone to buy a case for my Iphone12. I usually buy iphone cases at Vodafone because they fit to me acc price/quality. But today just at the entrance of the shop a staff man asked me why I don’t want to buy the iPhone case at Media Markt. Very competitive approach, I should say. Maybe he is a latent Media markt worker? ? when I said that I wanted to buy the case exactly at Vodafone, he said that they wouldn’t sell it to me because their system didn’t give the receipts. I asked when the system would work properly and he answered that only next year ??♀️ And he refused to provide service to me! So I couldn’t buy the phone case! Vodafone, what happens with your HR policy, whom you hire? It s a real shame! Me and my friends won’t come to your shop at West End anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ invoicing is backwarded, level of appx 10 years ago. examples: 1) an invoice cant be viewed - only 2 days later online 2) you cant pay for more locations if u own several properties.. you must use a different email for each one.. 2022.... unbelievable

Once before I got ridden of because salesman was impatient and today I got turned away at the door and asked to come next day because otherwise they will not close on time!!! No sense of customer service at all therefore I am going to Telenor with my 2 years unlimited calls and Internet new contract and good for Telenor
