Az önök tájékoztatása alapján az autóbuszállomás felújítása miatt az onnan közlekedő járatok a vasútállomásról indulnak. Ennek értelmében kimentem a vasútállomásra, ahol az állomás melletti helyközi járatok indulására kijelölt megállóban vártam a buszt. A menetrend alapján Tiszaföldvár felé induló járat onnan indul, ezért várakoztam. 14:05 órakor kellett volna a busznak indulnia, de a megállóba egy másik busz érkezett. Mivel nem jött a buszom, ezért bementem a vasúton lévő információhoz, ahol nem igazán tudtak segíteni, ezért az utastársaimtól érdeklődtem, hogy honnan is indul a járat. Megtudtam, hogy a 11-es ideiglenes kocsiállásról indul busz Tiszaföldvár felé. A megállóban kihelyezett menetrend ugyanaz volt, mint a korábbi megállóban, így nem jutottam előbbre. Mivel már 14:10 volt gondoltam bejutok a buszpályaudvarra, hátha valaki tud nekem segíteni. A Plaza melletti megállóban állt a Martfűre induló járat, ahol a sofőr készségesen végre elmondta, hogy hova is kell mennem. A vicces számomra ebben a káoszban, hogy az építési területen keresztül vezet egy pallókból tákolt ösvény, ahol el kell menni a legtávolabbi megállókhoz, ahol az osb lapokból épített (széttöredezett, balesetveszélyes) megállóban láttam meg végre a járatomat. Ehhez csupán 45 percre volt szükségem úgy, hogy több embertől is segítséget kértem és ismerős vagyok a városban. Csak kérdezem, hogy ez az utasok megfelelő tájékoztatása Tisztelt KMKK Zrt.?? Dear Transport Company! I would like to share my experience of 31.05.2017 with you. According to your information, the bus station departs from the train station for renovation of the bus station. By this I went to the train station, where I waited for the bus at the designated stop to start the interurban flights next to the station. According to the timetable, the flight to Tiszaföldvár departs from there, so I waited. The bus should have departed at 2:05 pm, but another bus arrived at the stop. Since my bus didn't come, so I went to the information on the train where they couldn't really help, so I asked my fellow passengers where the flight was going from. I found out that there was a bus from Temporary Car Station 11 to Tiszaföldvár. The schedule at the stop was the same as at the previous stop, so I didn't get ahead. Since it was already 2:10 pm I thought I'd get to the bus station if anyone could help me. At the stop beside the Plaza was the flight to Martfű, where the driver was ready to tell me where to go. The funny thing for me in this chaos is that through the construction area, there is a trail of planks, where you have to go to the farthest stops, where I finally saw my flight at a stop made of osb boards (broken, accidental). It only took me 45 minutes to get help from several people and be familiar with the city. I just ask that this is proper passenger information Dear KMKK Zrt. ??
