A rendszer gyakorlatilag alkalmatlan a ház melegvíz-, fűtési és hűtöttvíz ellátására. Folyamatos üzemzavarok, rosszul tervezett elosztórendszer és az üzembiztonság teljes hiánya. Ez a tapasztalatunk 3 év alatt. Egyetlen olyan évünk nem volt eddig, ahol a rendszer hiba nélkül működött volna. 2021 decemberében pedig mindkét hőszivattyú kompresszora teljesen felmondta a szolgálatot. A Vulcano az alkatrészek leszállítását több hónapos határidővel biztosítja, így december és január hónapban a teljes társasház fűtés nélkül maradt. Sem a rendszer tervezéséhez, sem annak üzemeltetéséhez nincs kompetenciájuk. Senkinek nem javaslom, hogy a Vulcanotól bármit is rendeljen vagy megbízza őket. The air-to-water heat pump system of Vulcano was installed in a condominium in Győr handed over in 2018. The system is practically unsuitable for supplying hot, heating and chilled water to the house. Continuous breakdowns, poorly designed distribution system and complete lack of operational safety. This is our experience in 3 years. We haven’t had a single year so far where the system would have worked flawlessly. And in December 2021, the compressors of both heat pumps completely terminated service. Vulcano will deliver the parts with a deadline of several months, leaving the entire condominium without heating in December and January. They have no competence to design or operate the system. I do not recommend anyone ordering or entrusting them with anything from Vulcano.
