Teljes mértékig meg voltam elégedve velük. Golf VI 1.4 TSI DSG váltós autóm mehatronikája tönkrement. A baj csak kséő délután/este fele derült ki, így még mielőtt felhívtam volna őket másnap reggel, este még írtam nekik egy e-mailt a problémámról és a váltóval kapcsolatos tapasztalataimról. Még aznap este jött a válaszlevél. Teljes mértékig segítőkészek voltak, szemléltetni is tudták a keletkezett problémát így én is jobban értetem mivel is van gond. Bármilyen kérdésemre érdemleges választ kaptam. Pár napon belül el is készült a kocsim és minden a legnagyobb rendben van vele. Legközelebb is őket fogom választani, ha problémám adódik! :)

I was completely satisfied with them. The mechatronics of my Golf VI 1.4 TSI DSG gearbox is broken. The problem only turned out halfway in the afternoon / evening, so before I called them the next morning, I even wrote them an email in the evening about the problem and my experience with the switch. The reply letter came that night. They were completely helpful, they could illustrate the problem so I can better understand what the problem is. I got a meaningful answer to any of my questions. My car was finished in a few days and everything is fine with it. I will choose them next time if there is a problem! :)
