Kicsit késve is kezdtem el keresgélni, viszont amikor megtaláltam ezt a webshopot és ezt a kerékpárt, azonnal szerelem lett. Dániel nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt. Kérhettem S.O.S. gyártást, így szerencsére, igaz utolsó pillanatban, de pontosan megérkezett a kerékpár. Gondosan becsomagolva, minden rendben volt. A következő szülinapomra én is meglepem magam egy egyedi bicajjal. Köszönöm Dani! I was looking for a bike for my husband's birthday. All I knew was that it had 2 wheels, a handlebar and a seat for a bike. I started looking for it a bit late, but when I found this webshop and this bike, I immediately became in love. Daniel was very kind and helpful. I could have asked S.O.S. production, so fortunately, the last minute, but precisely the bicycle arrived. Packed carefully, everything was fine. For my next birthday, I'll surprise myself with a unique bike. Thanks Dani!

Egy hét múlva telefonáltam, hogy mi a hekyzet a kerékpárral, azt a választ kaptam, hogy beüzemelés alatt van 2 nap és megérkezik. Megint semmi, 1.5 hét múlva újra telefonálok, hogy mizu, erre közlik, hogy vki elcseszte a rendelést, persze nem ők, hogy válasszak vmi mást. Semmi komunikáció részükről, ha nem érdeklődök még jövő karácsonykor is várhatnám a biciklit. Komolytalan egy cég!! I ordered a bike with a 2-3 day deadline. A week later I called to see what the heck was with the bike, I got the answer that it was in operation for 2 days and it would arrive. Nothing again, in 1.5 weeks I'll call again that mizu will tell me that sy has shuffled the order, of course they're not the ones to choose sg. No communication on their part, if I'm not interested I could wait for the bike even next Christmas. A company is frivolous !!

Udvariasan és hozzáértően segítettek megvalósítani az elképzelésemet. A megadott határidőn belül elkészült a bringa, olyan lett 100%-osan, amilyet szerettem volna. Hálásan köszönöm a munkát és csak ajánlani tudom a Csapatot. The staff of WebBicycle provided the maximum that could be expected from a service company. They politely and competently helped me realize my idea. Within the given deadline, the bike was completed, it became 100% what I wanted. G	Gábor Farkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bringámat neten rendeltem telefonos segítséggel mivel a felsoroltaktól eltérő agyváltóval kértem a cruiseremet . Ebben sokat segített nekem Anita aki a Webbicikli ügyintézője. Utólag mégegyszer köszi neked a sok törödést. Korrekt módon közölte Anita a rendelésem alatt hogy valószínűleg nem tudják tartani az 1-3 hetes határidőt mivel sok a megrendelésük . Az én bicajom kb 5 hét lessz mire elkészül. Természetesen elfogadtam és megrendeltem. Majd emailben is kaptam értesítést róla. A továbbiakban voltak kéréseim amiben mindig segítettek . Miútán a kerékpár megérkezett postán rendben sérülés mentesen. Bejáratás alatt hajtómű sajnos el kezdett kattogni egy kb 30-40 Km után . Telefonos egyeztetés után arra jutottunk hogy valószínűleg a hajtómű gyári hibás és cserélni kell. Ezt nagyon rugalmasan megoldotta a csapat . Ezért külön köszönet Daninak ,Józsinak és újra Anitának. Köszi a gyors javítást. I ordered my bike online by phone because I requested my cruiser with a brain changer other than the ones listed. Anita, who is the administrator of Webbicycle, helped me a lot in this. Afterwards, thank you again for all the care. It was correctly stated by Anita during my order that they may not be able to meet the 1-3 week deadline as there are many orders. My bicaj will take about 5 weeks to be ready. Of course I accepted and ordered. Then I also received an email notification about it. I continued to have requests that always helped. Once the bike arrived in the mail it was okay without injury. During the run-in, the engine unfortunately started to click after a 30-40 Km. After a telephone consultation, we came to the conclusion that the engine was probably defective at the factory and needed to be replaced. This was solved very flexibly by the team. Therefore, special thanks to Dani, Józsi and Anita again. Thanks for the quick fix.
