★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem ajánlom senkinek a szerződéskötést a céggel. A használat során sorozatos rossz tapasztalatunk volt velük.
1. A pénzügyi osztályuknak fogalmuk sincs arról, melyik számlát mikor teljesítették és melyiket nem.
2. Amennyiben vita merül fel a számlázással kapcsolatban kikapcsolják szolgáltatást, fogalmuk sincs az útdíjat, hogyan számolják el.
3. A visszakapcsolást már nem intézik ilyen gyorsasággal, több mint fél hónapig tartott a visszakapcsolás, természetesen a kikapcsolás alatti időszak nem kerül levonásra a számlából.
4. Az általuk biztosított eszköz meghibásodott. 50ezer forint az új eszköz díja + 12ezer forint beszerelési díj + 6ezer forint elromlott eszköz kiszerelési díj + 3ezer forint kiszállási díj Budapesten belül. A visszavett meghibásodott kiszerelt eszköz ÁLTALUK MEGÁLLAPÍTOTT ÉRTÉKE: 2ezer forint!
5. Cégünktől senki nem kérte, hogy cseréljék ki az eszközt, saját döntésük volt.
6. Felmondás esetén kiszerelési díjat számolnak fel 10ezer forint / eszköz + kiszállítási díj!
I do not recommend signing a contract with anyone. We have had a series of bad experiences with them.
1. Their finance department has no idea which account was executed and which was not.

4. The device they provided is defective. HUF 50 thousand new device fee + HUF 12 thousand installation fee + HUF 6 thousand defective device removal fee + HUF 3 thousand exit fee within Budapest. DETAILED DISPOSAL OF A REPAIRED DEVICE ASSET VALUE: 2,000 HUF!
5. Nobody asked our company to replace the device, it was their own decision.
6. In case of cancellation, the presentation fee is 10 000 HUF / device + delivery fee!
