Customer service is brutally good at the web pigeon. ?I would especially like to highlight the work of Gábor from the team, who always helped us to find our way through our clumsy troublesome questions and provided advice. ? We've upgraded a long-unused web pigeon 6 to version 8+. Everything was tangled back and forth on the server, which was put in order and now works perfectly. They were very kind and helpful throughout, always answering questions quickly. The software is very clean and easy to use, I can only recommend them.

There are few newsletters where customer service is so normal and helpful from the first moment. ? I contacted them a couple of days ago about a group filtering problem and it was all solved in a few hours. I would also like to highlight the work of the contact person, Gábor, who always helped me navigate the maze of web pigeons and who always provided useful advice. ? My grateful thanks to Gábor and the support team for their patience and kindness. ?

Unfortunately, it cannot be rated at zero. Everyone avoid them from afar! Old versions still work, but after the updates, the program is unusable. Customer service will tell you that it is not working because the hosting is set up incorrectly. It doesn’t tell you what’s wrong set up, it will suggest that you need to rent the storage space from them. Then, once you have paid, they will no longer deal with your problem. Even your questions will only be answered for money. They don’t solve any problem, they are the problem themselves.

Avoid them from afar! The company’s business policy is horrible, the style of customer service is below criticism. Helpfulness is zero, arrogance is 100% ... Ads are displayed on the interface. We are talking about paid software.

We have been using Webgalamb for years, and the band has received a lot of invitations thanks to our newsletters. The Webgalamb team is helpful in everything, problems are solved quickly (several times in addition to the basic service ;-)).

We have been using Web Pigeon since 2012, with complete satisfaction. We've been newsletter for pennies for years ... With the release of new versions, there has always been a newsletter on how to update ... for free. And I’ve always written to them that I don’t want to bother with this and make mistakes, but I’d love to pay for the upgrade. They did this to us for free for years, even though it wouldn’t have been their business. We never had any problems after the update. And not on the go. Then came the time when the upgrade was already paid, but so cheap that we were still literally newslettered for buttons. I was happy with this version because it was already inconvenient for me to update our system for free every year so far, even though they obviously had to deal with it ... and their responsibilities. Then came the period when mailing goes on a pre-purchased quota page. This is still the case, and I think it is the most correct settlement method that exists. There are other popular domestic newsletter platforms with marketing automation and artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities (I don't write their names directly here, we both used them in addition to the web pigeon, there were some for more than 1 year), but unfortunately the billing base is the size of your newsletter list. (if you don't send a letter for a month, then ...) With our list size, the monthly fee for these companies is the same, from which I send newsletters with Webgalam for 4-6 months on a weekly basis + automated letters go out all the time. So for better value for money, I haven’t really found it anywhere yet. Over the last 9 years of use, millions of our newsletters have gone out, but specifically not once, so we never run into any bugs or BUGs.
