We have provided comprehensive label printing, the problem in the company is too long communication, 90% of no one will pick up the phone or call you back. After 2 months, we finally finished the labels, issued the invoice for 4 days, made the design for about 2 weeks. If communication was more flexible they would get 5 *. Otherwise, everything is fine.

On the phone, a sales colleague helped me buy the best barcode scanner for me. After ordering the next day it was already brought by the courier and with the help of service I installed in seconds! Professional and fast team!

I probably have no experience after that) NEGATIVE: The packaging is very crappy for delivery! The product box is wrapped smoothly in foil and discarded. They are no longer interested in being thrown by the courier company and this will damage the corners of the product. If the corner is damaged, the printer won’t pull it in parallel, so a lot of labels will end up in the trash, so you’re wasting money throwing money out the window! It would be good to pay more attention to the packaging, even if you only order 1 A / 4 label! I do not understand this chewing in Hungary! Everyone is watching how to save 1 penny, the quality is not interested! Ridiculous! Plus, the cutout of the ordered Tezeko 30mm circular label label is such that about half of one page is printed in the right place and the rest is slipped aside for some reason! This is a defect of the product. Cheap, poor quality! NEVER! True, Webmaxx {dot} hu is wholesale, retail is Dunasp (dot) hu, but it is a company. Later, the retail packaging is also solved so that the product arrives at least the expected quality. They can change little if the manufacturer's quality leaves something to be desired, but at least don't get damaged during transport, more attention should be paid to this! !!! UPDATE !!! - 10/20/2021 The customer service is excellent even after purchase! Without consultation, in response to my opinion, another package of label labels was sent out, I suppose. This is a fair and really customer-friendly solution, but I also need a lot of labels per box (I actually needed a maximum of 100 pieces, which is enough for the 5400 pieces :)) so I replied to the company by e-mail, thanking them for their kindness. , however, I will not receive the package. And here I note that to avoid misunderstandings, I DON'T REQUEST THE MONEY BACK FROM the previous purchase. That's how it turned out, my opinion was completely objective and not against the company, I wrote about the lack of packaging in general. They are not the only businesses that use a "carton" of packaging when a product is ordered at the factory. Customer management, attitude at five at webmaxx. I trust that they will pay more attention to the packaging later on. Thanks again, but I really don’t need more etiquette. :)
