Első beszélgetésünk pár percében leszögezte, hogy neki nincs ideje komolytalan vevőkre, és hogy csak unatkozásból ne is menjek? Szimpatikus benyomás. Sikerült megnéznünk az ingatlan, azonban 10 perc alatt lezavarta a lakás bemutatását, nem adott elegendő információt, magával a tulajjal 1 percet ha tudtunk beszélni. Bunkó stílusát egészen jól tűrtem, amíg nem kezdett el velem vitatkozni, hogy miért nem közöltem az első pillanatban, hogy fundamentával fizetnénk. Abszolút nem profi, érezhetően pár percben le akarta tudni a találkozást, miközben ha jól tudom ez a munkája. Órákig sorolhatnám a további észrevételeket, sajnálom hogy ennyire nem ellenőrzik az ingatlanosokat! A hölgyet B. Nikolettnek hívták, szép negatív marketinget csapott a cégnek!
