★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laza, s ezzel együtt kifejezetten előzékeny hozzáállás. A klasszikus garanciális feltételeken pedig messze túlmutat, hogy a pár éves kabáton mintegy 5 perc alatt térítésmentesen kicserélték a zip zár kocsit, párban. Köszönöm.
Loose, and at the same time a very courteous attitude. And far beyond the classic warranty conditions, the zip lock car was replaced free of charge in about 5 minutes on a couple of years old jacket. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kabátok tényleg prémium minőségüek, ami viszont a személyzetről nem mondható el. Vásárlási szándékkal érkeztem a boltba, több kabátot is felpróbáltam, de senki meg sem kérdezett tudnak-e segìteni, az eladók éppen az ebédjüket fogyasztották a pult mögött rá se hederítve a bent lévő potenciális vásárlókra. Elég szomorú, hogy a mai világban így lehet viselkedni egy ilyen kategóriájú boltban.
The coats are really premium quality, which is not the case with the staff. I arrived at the store with the intention of shopping, I tried on several coats, but no one asked if they could help, the sellers were just eating their lunch behind the counter without even noticing the potential buyers inside. It is quite sad that in today’s world this is how you can behave in a store of this category.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magukra a termékekre továbbra sincs panasz, sok éve vásároljuk ezeket a kabátokat, a kiszolgálás azonban 5 csillagról 1 csillagra esett. Régen a személyzet bármelyik kabátról elmondott bármit, amit csak tudni lehet róluk, most azonban hosszú perceket kellett a kasszánál is várnom, mire valaki nagy fintorogva odafáradt, hogy fizethessek. Én éreztem magam kellemetlenül, hogy be mertem menni vásárolni. 2 db kabátot vettem 2 különböző napon három napos különbséggel, mind a két alkalommal ezt tapasztaltam. Nagyon sajnálom, hogy a régen volt profi, kedves személyzetet ez a kelletlen csapat váltotta fel.
There are still no complaints about the products themselves, we have been buying these jackets for many years, but the service has dropped from 5 stars to 1 star. In the past, the staff told me anything from any of the coats that could be known about them, but now I had to wait long minutes at the checkout before someone grew tired to pay. I felt uncomfortable daring to go shopping. I bought 2 coats on 2 different days three days apart, both times I experienced this. I am very sorry that the former professional, kind staff was replaced by this reluctant team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got very disappointed by this store staff.We went to buy a winter jacket and there was about three to four staff but none of them did not come to ask if we want any help or not.I called them and one guy he came and I asked him to bring me one jacket after 10-15 minutes he came back with wrong one.There was this Hungarian couple came after us and they welcomed them and helped them very well.We were shocked to see this and we left the store.Finally, we went to Vaci utca branch and they helped us to buy what I wanted.
Wellensteyn is a well known brand which has lots of branches and I believe customer satisfaction is very important .while there is a branch close to my house why we should go to others.
